With over a decade of experience in Muay Thai, I’ve had the privilege of training under some of the best coaches in Austin. I now coach Strike Club, a Muay Thai-based class focused on practical striking, conditioning, and building confidence through movement.

Muay Thai is one of the most functional and effective forms of exercise — blending strength, endurance, precision, and discipline. Becoming a coach has allowed me to give back to the community that shaped me, and to share my passion for the art of eight limbs with others. Whether you're looking to build fitness, sharpen your skills, or find a new outlet, my goal is to help you grow through this powerful martial art.

This second part is more for class description and what is to be gained from training Muay Thai
