Sarah, here! I have been coaching since 2023, but training like an athlete since long before that - incorporating elements of mobility, power and endurance into my program. I am certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) and one of the very few (but growing!) number of Accredited Hyrox Performance L1 Coaches in Austin, TX.

I was drawn to coach because of a fundamental belief that organized group fitness has the power to change lives - as it did mine.

As a coach, my expertise lies in hybrid conditioning and functional fitness - programs that prioritize strength in everyday movements patterns and athletic performance, over junk cardioand big muscles that don’t do anything.

But the real reason I coach is because I want a front row seat to cheer on each of YOU as you meet your goals.
